Goji Yoga & Wellness Studio Policies, Terms of Service & Conditions
Effective Date: March 26, 2026
Please read these Studio Policies, Terms of Service & Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms”) carefully before using the Goji Yoga & Wellness website, booking platform, mobile application, or studio facilities, or purchasing or participating in any classes, memberships, services, workshops, events, wellness sessions, or recovery services offered by Goji Yoga & Wellness or HALO by Goji.
“Goji”, “Goji Yoga & Wellness”, “HALO”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Goji Yoga & Wellness.
By accessing our website, creating an account, booking or attending a class or service, purchasing a membership, package, special offer, gift card, workshop, or event, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our services.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ONTARIO CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW
This Agreement is subject to applicable Ontario consumer protection law. Ontario’s public consumer guidance states that qualifying gym or fitness membership contracts include a 10-day cooling-off period after the consumer receives a written copy of the agreement, during which the consumer may cancel without giving a reason. Ontario also states that the business has 15 days to refund money after a valid cancellation in that cooling-off period.

ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
Account Terms
To access some features of our site, app, or services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use another person’s account without permission.
Multiple Accounts / Abuse
You are prohibited from creating or using multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing booking rules, obtaining introductory offers more than once, exploiting promotions, or otherwise abusing our systems. Accounts in breach of these Terms may be suspended, merged, canceled, or charged the full value of products or services improperly obtained.
Age Restrictions
Our site is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Minors may use our services only where permitted and with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
MOBILE APP
Goji may offer a mobile application. Use of the app is governed by these Terms. We do not charge separately for the app unless otherwise stated, but your carrier’s normal messaging, data, and usage fees may still apply.
FEES AND CHARGES
You acknowledge that Goji charges fees for classes, memberships, special offers, workshops, wellness sessions, products, retail items, and other services, and you agree to pay all applicable charges.
By providing a payment method, you authorize Goji to charge your payment method for:
- purchases
- recurring membership fees
- appointment or reservation fees
- late cancellation fees
- no-show fees
- any valid outstanding balances on your account
Payments may be processed through Stripe, Square, or other approved third-party payment processors integrated into our systems.
Goji reserves the right to change pricing, fees, package structures, and membership rates from time to time, subject to applicable law.
MEMBERSHIPS, CREDITS, PACKAGES, SPECIALS, AND EXPIRY TERMS
Memberships
Subject to applicable law, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Recurring memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
Membership Cancellation
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in your agreement, recurring memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be sent to terms@goji.yoga.
Membership Freeze Policy
Members may request one (1) freeze of up to fourteen (14) days per six (6) months of active membership, subject to the following:
- a minimum of three (3) business days’ notice is required
- the freeze request must be submitted in writing
- freezes are not retroactive
- Goji reserves the right to deny freeze requests that do not comply with these requirements
- exceptions may be made at Goji’s sole discretion for medical, pregnancy, or other serious circumstances
Freeze requests should be sent to terms@goji.yoga.
Credits and Class Packs
All credits and class packs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
- Class Packs expire one (1) year from the date of purchase
- unused credits expire automatically at the end of the applicable validity period
- expired credits are forfeited and are not redeemable for cash or refund
Specials and Intro Offers
Special offers, promotional packages, and introductory offers are valid only for the duration expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase:
- Goji Reset (unlimited classes for 14 days plus 3 HALO sessions) expires 14 days from the date of purchase
- 5 Classes for $49 expires 14 days from the date of purchase
Promotional offers may be limited to new clients only and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards do not expire.
Goji is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards except where required by law.
CLASS BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND ARRIVAL
Reservations
All classes and services must be booked through our website, mobile app, booking system, or directly with the studio. A booking is not confirmed unless payment, valid membership access, or available credit has been successfully applied.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically added to the class and notified by email, app, SMS, or other available means. Once added, the applicable cancellation policy applies.
Class Cancellation Policy
Class reservations must be changed or cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Class Cancellation
Changes or cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations and are subject to the following:
- Class Pack Users: loss of the class credit
- Single-Class Purchases: payment forfeited
- Members / Unlimited Memberships: $15 late cancellation fee
This includes switching into another class within the cancellation window where such switch results in a late-cancelled reserved spot.
Class No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a reserved class without timely cancellation is considered a no-show and is subject to the following:
- Class Pack Users: loss of the class credit
- Single-Class Purchases: payment forfeited
- Members / Unlimited Memberships: $15 no-show fee
Arrival Policy
You are expected to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before class start time.
Studio doors may close 2 minutes before or after class start time at Goji’s discretion, and late arrivals may be refused entry in order to preserve the safety, flow, and experience of the class.
If you are not checked in and physically present at the start of class, your spot may be released to another client or a waitlisted guest.
HALO APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND LATE ARRIVALS
HALO Cancellation Policy
Appointments for HALO services, wellness sessions, recovery sessions, and other appointment-based services must be cancelled or changed at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
HALO Late Cancellation / No-Show / Late Arrival
If you fail to attend, arrive too late to reasonably receive the service, or cancel within the 6-hour window, the following will apply:
- Credit / Package Users: the applicable session or credit will be forfeited
- Single Paid Appointments: payment will be forfeited
- Members / Account Holders / Recurring Clients: a $25 fee may be charged to the account
Goji reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a late-arriving client can still be accommodated in full, in part, or not at all.
WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, AND SPECIAL EXPERIENCES
Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering:
- cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% studio credit
- cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable
- no-shows are non-refundable
- separate event-specific terms may apply and will govern where posted
REFUNDS
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise:
- memberships are non-refundable
- class packs and credits are non-refundable
- late cancellations and no-show charges are non-refundable
- promotional offers and introductory specials are non-refundable
- used or partially used services are non-refundable
Goji may, in its sole discretion, make exceptions in limited circumstances.
RETAIL ITEMS
Unused, regular-priced retail items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within the timeframe posted or communicated at time of purchase, provided they are returned in saleable condition with proof of purchase.
Sale items, final sale items, hygiene-sensitive items, ingestible items, and certain wellness products may not be returned.
CODE OF CONDUCT AND STUDIO ETIQUETTE
To preserve a premium, respectful, and harmonious environment, all clients and guests agree to observe our studio rules and etiquette.
You agree to:
- silence phones and store them appropriately before class
- keep conversations respectful and low-volume
- store belongings in designated areas
- respect personal space and studio boundaries
- avoid applying lotions or creams before mat-based classes where they may affect safety or equipment
- maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate attire
- treat staff, instructors, practitioners, and fellow clients with courtesy and respect
Goji reserves the right to refuse service, limit access, cancel reservations, or terminate memberships if a client or guest engages in disruptive, abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT
From time to time, Goji may capture photo or video content in public or common areas of the studio, classes, workshops, and events for promotional, editorial, branding, archival, or social media purposes.
By attending our studio or participating in our services, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being incidentally included in such content.
If you do not wish to appear in such content, you should notify the studio in advance in writing, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request where practicable.
Photography or videography in washrooms, treatment rooms, changing areas, or other private areas is strictly prohibited.
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND PARTICIPATION
By creating an account, making purchases, or attending any class, workshop, event, or wellness service, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity, movement practices, wellness services, thermal or recovery modalities, and related activities.
You understand that you should consult a physician or qualified health professional before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, limitation, pregnancy, or concern affecting your participation.
You agree to disclose relevant conditions, injuries, limitations, or concerns before participating and to stop participation if you feel pain, dizziness, illness, distress, or discomfort.
Goji may deny participation or require additional information where, in its judgment, participation may pose a safety risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk associated with your use of Goji’s site, app, facilities, services, equipment, classes, events, workshops, and wellness offerings.
Goji Yoga & Wellness, HALO by Goji, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, practitioners, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, delay, interruption, booking error, system issue, or other claim arising out of or related to your participation in or use of our services, facilities, website, app, or premises, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
You agree that Goji is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are on the premises. You assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our site, app, social platforms, emails, digital materials, and branding assets, including text, graphics, logos, videos, images, class names, trademarks, and written materials, is owned by or licensed to Goji and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our site and app may link to or integrate with third-party sites, tools, and platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY; NO WAIVER
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, waiver terms, purchase terms, and any other legal notices published by Goji, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goji regarding the subject matter herein.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver by Goji of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Subject to applicable law, Goji reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website, app, or booking platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
