Questions before your first visit?
If you’re not sure which class, plan, or wellness service is the best fit, reach out. We’re happy to help you choose the right place to start - whether that’s your first yoga class, a recovery session, a monthly membership, or a supportive introduction to the studio.
F.A.Q.
No — and that’s intentional. Goji is designed to feel easy from the moment you walk in. We provide premium mats, high-quality blocks, straps, and fresh towels for every class. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer, but most clients enjoy not having to carry anything.
Goji offers three temperature ranges, so you’re not forced into heat:
- Regular (22–26°C) — no added heat
- Warm (26–30°C) — gentle warmth
- Hot (33–37°C) — for those who want a more intense experience
We use far infrared heating, which feels very different from traditional hot yoga. It warms the body more evenly and tends to feel less suffocating or overwhelming. Most people who “don’t like hot yoga” are surprised by how comfortable it feels here.
Far infrared heat works differently than standard heating. Instead of just warming the air, it gently warms the body, which can help:
- improve circulation
- support flexibility and mobility
- enhance muscle recovery
- create a more comfortable, breathable heat
It allows you to work deeper without feeling like you’re just pushing through a hot room.
HALO is Goji’s signature recovery experience — a private 25-minute session that combines:
- red light therapy
- PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy)
- binaural sound (brainwave entrainment)
It’s designed to help your body shift into recovery mode, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. You don’t have to do anything — you simply lie down and let the system work.
Yes — red light therapy is non-invasive and widely used in wellness and recovery environments. It works at specific wavelengths that support cellular function and recovery without damaging the skin.
At Goji, it’s used as part of a controlled, guided experience designed to be both safe and effective.
PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy) is also non-invasive and commonly used to support recovery, circulation, and cellular function. It delivers low-frequency electromagnetic pulses that interact with the body at a cellular level.
Like red light therapy, it’s designed to support your body — not stress it — and is used in a calm, controlled setting.
You can absolutely just try a class.
Goji offers:
- intro offers
- class passes
- single drop-ins
- monthly memberships
There’s no pressure to commit upfront. Most people start with a class or intro offer and decide from there.
No.
We don’t believe in locking people into long-term contracts. If you choose a monthly membership, it’s designed to support consistency — not create pressure.
The goal is to make it easy for you to stay, not hard for you to leave.
That’s completely fine — many people start here.
Classes are designed to be approachable, with options to modify or progress depending on your level. You don’t need experience to begin — just a willingness to try.
If you’re unsure where to start, we’re happy to guide you.
Wear something comfortable that you can move in. For warmer or hot classes, lighter, breathable clothing is best.
We recommend:
- hydrating before class
- arriving 10–15 minutes early
- giving yourself a few minutes to settle in
Everything else is taken care of.
Yes — and that’s one of the biggest advantages of Goji.
Many members combine:
- yoga, pilates, or barre classes
with - HALO recovery sessions
This creates a more balanced routine that supports both effort and recovery.
