Meet Your Host

Prenatal Yoga Oakville

Megan Chapman

Megan’s approach to prenatal yoga is rooted in the belief that pregnancy and birth can be deeply empowering and transformative experiences.

Inspired by her own pregnancy and birth experiences, Megan completed her RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training, followed by her RPYT100 Advanced Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, which included mindfulness for pregnancy and birth. She is also a certified HypnoBirthing Teacher.

Her classes center on connection – creating space for presence, calm, and softening. They are an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and become curious about your own unfolding journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

A Space to Feel Supported Through Pregnancy

Pregnancy asks a lot of the body and nervous system.

Prenatal yoga offers a space to slow down, breathe, move gently, and reconnect with yourself through every stage of the journey.

Whether you’re looking for movement, grounding, community, mindfulness, or preparation for birth, Goji’s prenatal offerings are designed to support you with care, warmth, and intention.
