Goji Yoga & Wellness Studio Policies & Terms of Service

Welcome to Goji Yoga & Wellness!
At Goji Yoga & Wellness, we are committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and harmonious environment for all clients and instructors. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following Studio Policies & Terms of Service. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to these terms.


1. Class Reservations, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

1.1 Class Reservations

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our website, mobile app, or by contacting the studio directly.
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking. Unpaid reservations will not be held.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the class start time.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a fee equal to the current drop-in class rate.

1.3 No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend a reserved class without canceling, this will be considered a no-show and will incur a fee equal to the current drop-in class rate.

1.4 Arrival Policy

  • Members are expected to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class start time.
  • Doors will close 2 minutes before the class begins. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the studio once the doors are closed.

1.5 Fees for Late Cancellations, No-Shows, or Late Arrivals

  • A fee equal to the current drop-in class rate will apply for late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
  • Outstanding fees must be cleared before booking or attending future classes.

1.6 Waitlist Policy

  • If you are on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email or app. The standard cancellation policy applies once you are added to the class.

2. Studio Etiquette

  • Phones must be silenced and stored in designated areas before entering the studio.
  • Keep conversations to a minimum and speak softly in common areas.
  • Personal belongings (except water bottles) must be stored in designated areas outside the studio.
  • Avoid applying lotions or creams before class, as they can damage mats and make them slippery.
  • Respect others’ personal space and avoid stepping on or near others’ mats.

3. Memberships, Class Packages, and Refunds

3.1 Memberships

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Monthly memberships will automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

3.2 Class Packages

  • Class packages are non-refundable and expire 12 months after the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Refund Policy for Workshops, Retreats, and Special Events

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event start time are eligible for a 50% credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event start time are non-refundable.

4. Liability and Safety

  • By attending classes, you confirm that you are in good physical health and able to participate in yoga and wellness activities.
  • Goji Yoga & Wellness is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during classes or on studio premises.
